Pay-Per-Lead Return Policy

At Lead House 365, we strive to provide top-quality seller leads to our members. To ensure this, we allow our clients to report invalid leads within 48 hours of receiving them. Once a lead is reported, our team will review the claim and take the necessary steps to verify its validity. All invalid leads will be replaced with new qualified leads as soon as possible.

Leads may be disputed and eligible for return for the

following reasons:

Mobile Home Leads (where seller does not own land)
Wholesaler Leads / Real Estate Agent Submission (where contact does not own property)
Invalid Data (Prank/Scam)
Duplicate Leads Through Us: Credit will not be given for duplicate leads if the original lead was sourced externally.
